Prime Minister David Cameron has vowed to hunt down and bring to justice the Islamic State fighters responsible for the killing of a British aid worker.

Cameron's comments on Sunday came after an emergency meeting with his top security advisers in response to an online video that purports to show the beheading of David Haines who was abducted while working in Syria.

"David has been murdered in the most callus and brutal way by an organisation, which is the embodiment of evil," Cameron said.

"The fact that an aid worker was taken, held and brutally murdered at the hand of ISIL sums up what this organisation stands for," Cameron added.

"They are killing and slaughtering thousands of people; Muslims, Christians and minorities across Iraq and Syria. They boast of their brutality. They claim to do this in the name if Islam. That is nonsense. Islam is a religion of peace. They are not Muslims, they are monsters."

Cameron said that the UK could not afford to ignore the threat of IS and would continue to support the international coalition that is fighting the group.

TB Joshua was widely quoted as saying a low-flying plane could have been responsible for the building collapse.

A building that was part of 'megachurch' complex run by one of Nigeria's most famous preachers has collapsed in the capital Lagos killing 41 people, rescuers said, as they worked to clear the site.

"We have 41 dead now," Ibrahim Farinloye, spokesman in Lagos for Nigeria's National
Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), told Reuters news agency. So far, 123 people have been rescued from the site in Ikotun district. The exact number of missing has yet to be confirmed.
The disaster happened as the two-story building, reportedly a guesthouse for foreign followers of TB Joshua's Synagogue Church of All Nations, was having three additional floors built.
TB Joshua, dubbed "The Prophet", has an almost fanatical following among Nigerians and people across the world, attracted by his purported healing powers and prophecies.
Joshua preaches to massive crowds at his megachurch every week, and according to his website, SCOAN "hosts thousands of national and international visitors" each year.
"People travel from around the world to witness and receive from the mighty work that God is doing in the life of Prophet TB Joshua," it states.
Emergency services and the media were attacked as they tried to get to the building and rescue operations were continuing on Sunday, Farinloye said.
Joshua said on his Facebook page TB Joshua Ministries that reports that the church auditorium had collapsed and that there had been heavy casualties were not correct. "The few people that were there are being rescued," he said on Friday. Joshua was widely quoted in Nigeria's media on Sunday as saying that a low-flying plane that had been repeatedly circling the building may have been responsible for the collapse.

7 money mistakes you shouldn't make in your 30s

There’s a reason 20-somethings dread their 30s — it’s the decade when everything seems to finally get real.  Careers are established (or at least that's the plan), homes are purchased, bills stack up, and wedding invitations flood mailboxes. Friends you once saw dancing on bar tops abruptly decide to “settle down” and all of the sudden, you realize there are fewer excuses for not having your own financial house in order.
Many of the choices you make in your 30s will determine what kind of life you'll be living when you hit your 60s. To help you along, here are a few common money mistakes you should try to avoid:

1. Getting married before you talk about the "F" word — finances.
Forget about the fact that an American wedding costs an average $30,000 today. The most expensive mistake you could make before walking down the aisle is not being open and honest with your partner about your financial affairs beforehand. Money is one of the most common causes of friction in marriages -- for good reason. By not making full disclosure about your debts or that impulsive shopping habit you picked up after college, you’re asking for trouble.
If you’re nervous about bringing up the “F” word with your partner, seek help from an objective mediator — someone like a relationship counselor, financial planner, or even a representative from your church who can referee. Prenuptial agreements aren’t just for the wealthy, either. Many attorneys recommend couples consider a prenup, especially if they are carrying assets that might be put at risk in the event of a divorce (for example, property in their name, ownership in a business, an inheritance, or children from a previous marriage).

2. Letting your student debt take care of itself.
A record 40 million Americans have student loan debt today, with the average college graduate carrying more than $29,000. It can be shocking how quickly that six-month “grace period” ends after graduation and those bills start coming due. There’s no running away from it either. It’s nearly impossible to discharge student loan debt in bankruptcy. Even after you’ve retired, the government can still garnish your Social Security income to pay off past due student loans. But you have options to lighten your burden if need be — federal loan borrowers can apply for income-based repayment or loan forbearance. Private loan borrowers can have their debts consolidated or petition their lenders for lower interest rates. The longer you let unpaid loans linger, the worse it will be for your credit, not to mention your job prospects. Employers have been known to run background checks on job candidates and turn down applicants who appear to be fiscally challenged.

3. Not saving for retirement.
Your 20s are over. If you haven’t started thinking about retirement yet, then you’re already behind. Saving enough money to sustain you through retirement seems daunting, but it’s not rocket science. If you have a job, put 10% (or more, if you can) into to a 401(k). Don’t ignore your company match. If your job doesn’t offer a retirement plan, then open a low-cost IRA through an investment firm like Vanguard or Charles Schwab (minimum deposits are as low as $1,000 and it takes all of 10 minutes to open one) and set up automatic contributions of at least 10% of each paycheck. Trust us, you won’t even notice that missing cash after a while. And don’t forget to ratchet up your contributions when you get a raise.

4. Using graduate school as an excuse to avoid the job markets.
Yes, the economy is still struggling to bounce back from the recession and the job market for young adults isn’t all that great. But taking out another chunk of student loans so you can hide out in grad school while you wait for the dust to settle and jobs to grow on trees is probably not the best way to handle it. Unless that Master’s will help you get a job faster or qualify for a higher salary, it’s hard to justify the cost. A recent report found that simply staying in college an extra year or two can cost students tens of thousands of dollars of future earning potential. Consider your area of study and consult with people in your desired field before you decide that adding another degree to your resume will be worthwhile.

5. Buying a house you can’t afford.
Ignore those people bemoaning the rise of renters in the U.S. and wagging their fingers at young adults too wary (or too broke) to get in the housing market. Buying a home is probably the biggest financial transaction you’ll ever make — don't let anyone pressure you into moving too quickly. Real estate experts recommend buying a home only if you’re willing to commit to living in it for seven to 10 years. If your credit is poor, you might benefit by waiting until it’s improved before applying for a mortgage. A lower mortgage rate can save you thousands of dollars in interest payments over the life of the loan. Take this questionnaire on Bankrate to help figure out whether you’re ready to buy or should keep renting. And if you’re not sure how much you can afford to spend on a home, check out this tool from Zillow

6. Neglecting your children’s education.
Congrats on the new baby! Time to open a 529 plan. College costs have risen more than 1,000% in the last three decades alone. You can start by opening a 529 college savings plan on your child’s behalf or simply opening a Roth IRA (there are pros and cons to both options) in your child’s name. The point is to put your savings in a place where that money will grow — and you can be sure your teen doesn’t blow it all at the mall.

7. Ignoring your will.
It’s hard to imagine your death bed when you barely have wrinkles, but your estate plan should be on the top of your to-do list in your 30s. And you don’t need to be Bill Gates-rich to plan for what happens when you pass. If you die without a will, the state decides who gets what regardless of your wishes or your family’s needs. In addition to a basic last will and testament, be sure you have a durable power of attorney (someone you trust to make legal decisions on your behalf if you become incapacitated), a health care power of attorney (someone you trust to handle you’re medical decisions if you’re unable to), and even a document specifying how you want your digital assets (social media profiles, digital photos, all that stuff floating in “the cloud”) to be handled. If you’re married, have children, a home, or other sizable assets in your name, it’s even more important to be sure your estate plan is kept up to date.

Computer Runs Slow

Symptoms

Is your computer system taking its sweet time to load your desktop icons every time you turn it on? Your programs might also be running at a snail’s pace as well. Chances are that you have also come across your fair share of computer crashes. Other symptoms might display error messages that might indicate an infected system. For example –
  • Hardware like printers and USB devices might not be responding to your commands
  • The errors might not be letting you access files on your computer
  • The sizes of your files fluctuate even if you are able to access them
There are many reasons why your system always keeps you waiting. Some of them are as follows –

Causes

Low hard Disk Space
This is one of the most common reasons that might make a computer system run slower than it normally does. A near full hard drive will eventually fill up as you include more digital content like pictures or videos in it. The more filled it is the slower will a hard drive be.
Viruses
This goes without saying. Your system can be attacked by viruses if you haven’t installed any protection. Malicious viruses can sometimes inflict irreparable damage on a system. Most of them are designed to steal valuable info like credit card information. Unfortunately viruses also have a tendency to bog down your system.
Spyware
Like viruses, malicious spyware will also cause your system to run slow. This is software that installs itself into a computer and enables information to be leeched to another source without the user’s knowledge. Hackers also use spyware to access private information like passwords and a user’s internet history this way.

How to Fix the Issue

All is not lost. Fortunately there are many digital software that you can use to free your hard drive from the extra space, get rid of any malicious viruses or malware that might have taken residence and make your system run faster –
Install Virus Protections and Anti-malware Software
Most computers are already equipped with anti-virus and anti-malware tools at purchase. If you haven’t activated or updated them in a while it is best that you do so now. Software that hasn’t been updated will not be able protect your computer against such threats efficiently. Once it is, your system should operate smoothly.
Always check whether your antivirus protection is running on a regular basis. If your system is infected it might also have deactivated your antivirus protection without your consent.
Optimize your PC through RegCure Pro Repair Tool
You can also download RegCure Pro Repair Tool to optimize your system. The tool cleans and fixes your system in order to make it capable of running at peak performance. It also repairs system errors, optimizes your PC’s memory, removes malware and deletes privacy files to make it more secure.
Now that you know what can cause your computer to stop working at its best it’s time that you get to it before anything else can get at it.

Arsenal 2-2 Manchester City: Demichelis rescues a point for the champions

Arsenal 2-2 Manchester City: Demichelis rescues a point for the championsMartin Demichelis' header rescued a 2-2 draw for Manchester City in an enthralling Premier League contest against Arsenal on Saturday.

Goals after the break from Jack Wilshere and Alexis Sanchez eclipsed Sergio Aguero's first-half opener and appeared to have handed all three points to Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.
However, centre-back Demichelis crashed home a header with seven minutes remaining to ensure Manuel Pellegrini's side earned a share of the spoils.
The draw casts further doubt over Arsenal's ability to beat the division's other leading clubs, having only registered one victory against top-six teams last term.
There were plenty of positives for the hosts in an enterprising performance, though, not least from Danny Welbeck who almost marked his first appearance since joining from Manchester United on deadline day with a goal when his dinked effort hit the post.
By contrast Frank Lampard was largely anonymous in his City bow and was replaced by former Arsenal man Samir Nasri at half-time to a plethora of boos from the home crowd.
Pellegrini's men showed their attacking instincts to lead at half-time, though, Aguero adding the finish to a brilliant breakaway.
Arsenal moved ahead when Wilshere capped a fine team move before Alexis' perfectly executed volley made it 2-1.
There was time for one last twist, however, as Demichelis met Aleksandar Kolarov's cross, and Nasri almost silenced the boo-boys when he tapped home a rebound from David Silva's shot, but he was denied by the offside flag.
Arsenal started the match brightly, showcasing some incisive football, and Welbeck had his first sight of goal when he swept a Mesut Ozil centre into the side-netting in the 11th minute.
Welbeck then went agonisingly close to opening his Arsenal account just a minute later.
The pacy forward pounced on a loose pass from Silva and bore down on goal before executing a deft chip over Joe Hart, only for his shot to rebound off the inside of the post.
City struggled to gain a foothold in the game's early stages and saw Lampard and Pablo Zabaleta booked in quick succession as their frustration grew.
But the visitors stole the lead after 28 minutes with a textbook counter-attacking goal.
The ball fell to Jesus Navas who raced clear down the right and played a perfectly weighted pass into the area where Aguero got in between the Arsenal centre-backs to sweep home from eight yards.
The away side grew in confidence after taking the lead and Arsenal's defence was torn apart by a fine City move from which Silva saw a close-range shot well saved by Wojciech Szczesny.
City looked comfortable at the start of the second half, but Arsenal drew level shortly after the hour mark.
Alexis and Aaron Ramsey combined well as the Wales international slipped the ball into the path of Wilshere, whose quick feet bamboozled Gael Clichy and his measured finish beat Hart at the near post.
And Arsenal's turnaround was complete in the 74th minute when Vincent Kompany's attempted headed clearance was nodded to the back post by Wilshere and Alexis showed great technique to volley his shot beyond the reach of Hart.
Arsene Wenger saw Mathieu Debuchy forced off with a serious-looking injury in the 81st minute before the Frenchman's day took another turn for the worse as City equalised.
Substitute Kolarov's corner was blocked but from the follow-up cross Demichelis' header found its way home via the post.
There was almost a late twist City twice struck the woodwork before Nasri thought he had got one over his former side with a close-range finish only to be thwarted by an offside call.

The Brazil-born Spaniard hit a brilliant hat-trick as Chelsea defeated Swansea 4-2 at Stamford Bridge but his manager has moved to play down expectations surrounding the star

Mourinho tempers Costa expectationsA John Terry own goal gave Swansea an unexpected lead at Stamford Bridge, but Costa was imperious as he found the net three times to maintain the Blues' 100 per cent start to the Premier League season.

Debutant Loic Remy added a fourth after coming on for Costa, before Jonjo Shelvey netted a late consolation for Swansea.

Costa has now scored seven goals in four Premier League matches, but Mourinho does not expect his close-season acquisition from Atletico Madrid to continue at the same rate as the season progresses.

"Seven goals in four Premier League matches is maybe too much," he said. "We cannot expect that after eight matches he has 14 goals. I think it's asking too much.

"But the way he is playing, if he keeps scoring a few goals, a few goals give points, and points help the team to be in the top part of the table.

"Seven goals in four matches has surprised me because it is something that is not normal.

"You cannot repeat it in a cyclic way - four matches, seven goals, four matches, seven goals. Maybe in the next four matches he'll score two goals.

"But he's comfortable in the team. The team was built in a way where we were waiting for a certain type of striker and I think now everybody knows that Chelsea did the right thing by waiting for him and not going to the market in the summer of 2013 or January 2014 just to buy a striker."

"Chelsea did well by waiting for the right one."

Asked if there were similarities between Costa and Chelsea legend Didier Drogba, Mourinho added: "Didier had a fantastic career at Chelsea and Diego is showing that he can have the same profile of career."

The result saw Chelsea move clear at the top of the Premier League, while a 2-2 draw between title rivals Manchester City and Arsenal also played into their hands.

However, Mourinho insists he is only interested in his own team's performances at this stage of the season.

"For me, there is no context," he stressed. "At the moment it is about playing.

"You cannot go into mathematics now. Mathematics is when there are 10 matches to go and how many points you need to finish first, second or in the Champions League.

"At the moment it is just about playing and trying to get the maximum possible points." A John Terry own goal gave Swansea an unexpected lead at Stamford Bridge, but Costa was imperious as he found the net three times to maintain the Blues' 100 per cent start to the Premier League season.
